Introduction to Bird Photography - Outdoor  Workshop

About the Workshop
This Workshop will cover the basics of bird photgraphy. We will go over in detail the equipment needs, techniques, how to approach birds in the field, setting up of bird feeders, composition and critique.
Feeder set ups. Use of mirror lockup. Basic use of flash. We will spend the morning shooting and discussing the above details, lunch at a local inexpensive  restaurant, mid day break  and the afternoon shooting at Valley Inn or a nearby spot. I use an informal approach, questions are welcomed. bring a camera, lens of 200mm or more flash and tripod.

We meet at a location at or near my home in Dundas (to be announced a day prior to the workshop)

Fee
$80 per person +  $40 for non photographic spouses without cameras

Cancellation policy:  No refunds will be available within 10 days of the scheduled date.

Postponements:  Rain or inclement weather may postpone the workshop though I often work in rain or snow.  I will fit you into a future date if need be.
